I enjoyed the room, the bed was nice. Also, location was comfy, a 10-15 minute walk from Council Tree Library. The hotel was in a new area, adjacent to restaurants and a coffee shop and a Grocery store.

By and large, it was excellant place for sightseeing in Fort Collins, had much fun and met superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff who was at the front desk at check-in and check-out. The room was impeccable and the bathroom large. It was next to restaurants and stores as well as the CSU campus and a coffee shop and stores, marvellous and unbeatable location overall. Furthermore, close to a Grocery store also.
